Branching Nomic is a game of nomic wherein the judgement process takes precedence over everything else: that is to say, it attempts to be fully pragmatic, and players choose which branches to play on, and each judgement diverges the gamestate. The more players on a branch, the more valid the gamestate. However, no amount of words will change that the unwritten social contract takes precedence over anything written in the rules or otherwise, or any sort of platonic something unwritten in the rules.
