0) This page (ZyborgNomic/Ruleset), and the list of rules it contains, is the Ruleset. 1) The Core Rules, including this one, are immutable, unchangeable except by Special Deliberation3eope (See section Special Deliberation below). 2) All Players must abide by the rules as declared in the Ruleset. 3) A Player MUST NOT edit a Rule outside of methods described in the Ruleset. 4) A Player MUST NOT edit another Player's comments outside of methods described in the Ruleset. 5) All rule changes must be made through Propositions (See section Propositions below) 6) A rule change is any addition to, edit of, and/or removal of a rule, and/or the creation of a new rule.
